Tonight: Lucas Confectionery 3 Year Anniversary Celebration

Three years ago today, the Lucas Confectionery opened it’s doors for the first time. The Troy institution is having an anniversary celebration tonight with complimentary sparkling wine, cake, music and even a coupon for the new wine store at 22 2nd St, which opens on Wednesday.
