Ticket Giveaway: Disappears, Lotus Plaza & Location Ensemble

This Wednesday night at Valentine’s Music Hall, WCDB is hosting Disappears, Lotus Plaza and Location Ensemble.

Some quick notes on the bands: Disappears features Steve Shelley of Sonic Youth and Brian Case of the Ponys; Lotus Plaza features Lockett Pundt of Deerhunter and as an fyi, their new album got rated as ‘Best New Music‘ by Pitchfork. Location Ensemble is a “motley 9-piece guitar ensemble whose membership reads like a who’s who of experimental Albany-area musicians.
